Energy Related Products Directive (ErP)

The European Union through the energy-related products directive 2009/125/EG (ErP) provides low energy efficiency requirements for energy-using products.

Rosenberg EC fans are 100 percent compliant, below all large allowable values.

Tested accuracy

Our own company laboratory offers modern measuring systems. Here, you can measure and analyze the electrical, fluid and circuit-related characteristics of our fans and air handling units. Our test chambers are regularly inspected and certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5801. In this way, an independent entity confirms the reliability and accuracy of the test equipment used, and hereby confirms the accuracy and performance data of our products.

Energy efficiency

Our engineers and technicians are constantly working to improve the energy efficiency of our products with success. Compared with traditional motor technology, our motors use modern EC technology, which can achieve a rated efficiency of more than 90% and save up to 50% of energy. Compared with EC 60034-30, the efficiency rating of Rosenberg EC motor is higher than IE4. Lower energy consumption is not only good for the environment, but also reduces customers' operating costs.

Extended functionality

EC technology offers more than efficiency. Rosenberg EC motors are maintenance-free and low noise. In addition, the integrated intelligent electronic device also has control, communication and monitoring functions. Infinitely variable settings are possible and pressure, airflow, and air quality parameters are created. Automatically monitor the parameters necessary for normal operation, I .e. voltage or temperature. As a result, our EC products meet high standards in terms of energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and high air quality.
